BarreYin combines the original Barre class with the soothing practice of Yin yoga for the ultimate in increasing flexibility. Following the barre workout, poses are held to truly lengthen muscles while relieving tight, achy joints.
Barre targets the entire body with a focus on hips, legs, glutes, abs and arms while Yin yoga emphasizes the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower back.
Barre – Low Impact. Moderate-Fast Pace. Modifications to increase and decrease the workload are offered. Yin – Relaxed Pace.
BarreYin is performed barefoot or in ToeSox, available for purchase at the studio. Yoga mats are not necessary.
