BARRE LIFT

BarreLift is the most athletic approach to Barre. Using the ballet barre for lower body and a barbell for upper body, BarreLift effectively and thoroughly overloads each major muscle group for a total body sculpting workout. Finishing with an ab blast, BarreLift is the ultimate strengthening session.

Low Impact. Moderate-Fast Pace. Barbell can be set to a light or heavy weight.

BarreLift is performed in shoes or ToeSox, available for purchase at the studio.
