WORKSHOP 50

Workshop 50 is a fifty minute total body conditoning class alternating between cardio and strength sets to effectively overload the muscles producing maximum results in minimum time.

Workshop 50 burns fat and builds muscle. The class is tailored to each individual’s fitness abilities through monitored cardio sets and strength training sets with free weights. Treadmills and Arc Trainers are used during the cardio set and barbells and dumbbells are used for the strength set. Workshop 50 is led by a certified trainer who offers modifications to either increase or decrease the workload.

Low-High Impact. Moderate-Fast Pace. Modifications offered.
