Barre is the perfect workout combining strength, cardio and flexibility. Barre is a total body workout that develops a strong core, defines muscles, elevates the heart rate and creates a long, lean physique.
Using bodyweight, dumbbells and ballet inspired techniques, Barre targets the entire body with a focus on hips, thighs, glutes, abs and arms.
Low Impact. Moderate-Fast Pace. Modifications to increase and decrease the workload are offered.
Barre is performed barefoot or in ToeSox, available for purchase at the studio.
