ZenRide is a mind/body cycling experience. Pedal your cares away to high energy music and burn some serious fat using the monitored cadence and gear levels. Using light weights and core drills, ZenRide is a total body workout on the bike.
Set to candlelight, free your mind and allow your willpower to lead you on this cardio journey. Feel the music. Move your body. Take a zen moment then ride like the wind.
Low Impact. Moderate-Fast Pace.
Indoor cycling shoes are suggested for a more effective workout. Heart rate monitors are also encouraged.
