Welcome to WORKSHOP and our community of fitness enthusiasts!

From the daily exerciser to the weekend warrior, both men and women are committing to change their bodies and lifestyles by following the WORKSHOP training program.  Commit to this program and know that the WORKSHOP trainers are cheering you on!

How to get started at WORKSHOP:

  • SIGN UP  -  Create an account online to set up your username and password. Start with the new client special: buy 1 class get 1 free. We’ll add the free class to your account after you take the first class! Or purchase one of our memberships for unlimited access to classes. Then enjoy the flexibility of managing your workout schedule online.
  • SHOW UP – Consistency yields results. Follow the WORKSHOP plan suited toward your goal and commit to class! Remember the cancellation policy to avoid class forfeiture or a no show fee.
  • DON’T THROW UP - We know once you’ve decided to get fit that you are beyond determined. It’s best to ease into the workout and listen to your body. Your trainer will help you make your first workout challenging but doable. Make sure you are hydrated and nourished. Check out more of our WORKSHOP tips.
