I believe that majority of us (myself included) could stand to be stronger, faster, and leaner. My primary interest as a trainer involves creating programs designed to improve strength, speed and body composition simultaneously. I firmly believe that concrete goals are paramount in achieving tangible results. Dropping 20 pounds of fat and gaining 10 pounds of muscle is a concrete goal; hoping to “firm and tone” is not.
I have over ten years experience training people with specific goals. In that time I’ve learned a few crucial things:
- You have to eat for the physique/performance you desire.
- Consistency is the best “program”.
- You should be making tangible improvements in each and every training session.
- Everything works until it doesn’t.
I’m convinced that everyone is capable of reaching their true physical potential. Although the process is incredibly simple, it isn’t easy and takes a great deal of dedication and desire.
