Jeremy is a Holistic Health and Fitness Coach who works with individuals and groups to educate them on how to eat, move, and live healthier lives.
He has made appearances on the Rachael Ray Show as Rachael’s “Fitness Buddy” and on morning shows coast to coast as an on camera contributor for Men’s Health Magazine. As a fitness model, Jeremy regularly works for publications including Men’s Health, Men’s Journal, Runner’s World, Outside, and Men’s Fitness. He is a featured trainer on the Men’s Health  ”15 Minute Workouts,” and “Belly Off!” workout DVD series and can be found demonstrating exercises online for MSN Health and in books including the TNT Diet book.
Jeremy uses his unique training style called the Shore UP: Wave Training System to get people at all fitness levels in the best shape of their lives.   His programs are dynamic and always changing resulting in:
