Paul has a strong foundation in both functional and sport-specific training.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING:
Paul has over 5 years of experience training non athletes of all ages. Each client’s individualized program focuses on healthy nutrition, resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning. He also has experience with post-rehabilitative clients and anti-aging and hormone replacement techniques. Paul designs programs that fit each client’s specific goals and needs regardless of age or ability.
SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING:
As a former athlete, Paul understands the time, effort and mentality needed to compete and perform at a pro level. Paul specializes in working with youth to collegiate baseball players creating individual training programs that concentrate on improving throwing velocity, bat speed and overall speed and quickness. He also trains football, soccer and most other athletes interested in improving agility, speed and power. The result is tangible and impressive improvement in performance.
EACH SESSION:
Paul teaches you correct form so that you can implement an exercise program focused on 3 goals:
- fat loss
- muscle/strength gain
- balance/coordination and functional ability
